Aims of the cooperative:
– Write to foreign Aid organisations to get them to teach people how to fish instead of giving them fish.
– To liberate people from predatory capitalism with Worker-Owned Meritocracy Cooperatives.
– To install meritocratic governments by influence of the sheer numbers of the people involved in WOMC work.
Ongoing projects of The WOMC are dissemination of information about natural medical products to prevent disease and aid African farming. We are on a mission to spark cultivation and illumination to all the above countries. The WOMC is not a name it’s also a synthesis of vision to bring about change in the way farming, manufacturing and technological innovation takes place in these countries. ABOUT MERITOCRACY IDEOLOGY
People have different talents, and need positive freedom from society to develop those talents and elevate mankind. WOMC will help them do that, and while using the strength of numbers, work on installing Positive Liberty Meritocratic governments by the people, for the people. Optimisation of everything with Thesis, Antithesis and Synthesis institutions. Meritocracy is a system where rewards, positions, and power are distributed based on individual talent, effort, and achievement. No child is left behind. Positive Freedom should apply from birth to give everyone the opportunity to become their best selves. Education tailored to MBTI types, different approaches to learning, and natural interests. Psychologists, sociologists and philosophers aid the development of children in their homes, in their “ghettos”, in their “Social circumstances”, and a Positive Freedom economy gives them everything they need to succeed, throughout life. The single purpose of the state is to optimize each citizen.
THE FIVE MERITOCRATIC PRINCIPLES in a nutshell:
• NO NEPOTISM 1) Its not you who your parents are, its who YOU are.
• NO CRONYISM 2) Its not what others can do for you, its what YOU can do.
• NO DISCRIMINATION 3) Sex, race religion, age,backgrounds are irrelevant. Talent is everything.
• EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES 4) You start from the same point as everyone else, and you go as far as your talents take you
• REWARDING MERIT 5) The highest rewards for the highest achievers.
The purpose of each professional endeavor should be to create value for society and it’s citizens, and fulfillment for it’s workers. Monotonous, manual tasks should be automated with the newest technology and AI as much as possible, and if such a task is not possible to automate at the moment, the entire organization, from CEO to bust boy, should spend at least an hour of their day doing it. The benefit for the CEO and other leaders is one hour of exercise and cardiovascular health, and sympathy and empathy for the rest of the company.
Merit = talent + effort.
100 % inheritance tax equalizes the playing field and motivates all parents and children to create the best society for everyone.
The Meritocratic Constitution
When The WOMC writes it is working for installing Positive Liberty Meritocratic Governments, this is the constitution we want everyone to adopt both on paper and as a way of political thinking.
1. Talent and effort, in other words merit of each monad should be respected and the single purpose of the State is to optimize each citizen, provide them with everything they need to develop their talents and succeed.
2. 100 % Inheritance tax.
3. State banks are the only banks allowed to exist.
4. It is the task of the state to ensure positive freedom, quality, communalism, free education on all levels, and the meritocratic elections of the most qualified as the heads of the respective Thesis, Antithesis and Synthesis institutions for a continuous dialectical improvement of society by the scientific and mathematical methods.
5. All humans have right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
6. Antisocial and sociopathic tendencies are to be prevented by high taxation (up to 100 %) after acquiring more than 1 million MC yearly. Further, the flaws in the system are to be examined and corrected if acquisition of such disproportional wealth is possible.
7. The ultimate progression of Meritocratic Currency is to be aimed at a ressource-based economy without money, when such a society becomes technologically possible. The work for basic needs like food, heat and shelter is to be the ideal of two hours of daily labour, an example set by the nomadic tribes, while work exceeding two hours daily should be exclusively for the development of the monads, doing the work they love.
8. Ontological and epistemological truth is valued in all institutions and determined by the dialectical improvement. Promotion of any dictatorship by higher spiritual powers is illegal.
9. Titles and positions of power cannot be inherited but have to be earned individually. The playing field is equalized with positive freedom for everyone’s talents to be developed. Gender, race, nationality and name play no part in a Meritocracy.
All sane countries, states and Republics have to adopt this constitution if they want to keep their sanity.
